Investors see ANOTHER return from Masterworks (!!!!)

That’s 6 sales in 7 months. 29 all time. And the performance?

16.5%, 17.6%, and 17.8%, net annualized returns on sold works held longer than one year (See all 29 at Masterworks.com)

It’s not from stocks, private equity, or real estate… it’s from contemporary and post war art. Crazy, right?

With Masterworks, you don’t need to be a BILLIONAIRE to invest in multi-million dollar art anymore.

Historically, the segment overall has had attractive appreciation and low correlation to stocks.*

Masterworks targets works featuring legends like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso, identifying what they believe to have significant long-term appreciation potential, not just at the artist level but at the level of individual artworks.

As one of the largest players in the art market, with $1.3 billion invested over 500 artworks, they pass critical advantages through to their 70,000+ members to add art to their portfolios strategically.

🏄 Local News You Should Know

Laguna Beach’s New “Umbrellas Only” Beach Rule Is Now in Effect

Planning a beach day in Laguna this summer? You may want to rethink the pop-up canopy. Laguna Beach has put a new umbrella-only policy into effect, banning large shade structures on city beaches unless they fall within approved zones or receive city permission. The goal is to keep beaches safer and more visible for lifeguards, emergency responders, and public safety teams. Limited canopy use is still allowed in designated areas at Main Beach and Aliso Beach, but shade coverings must follow strict size and spacing rules. Violations could lead to fines of up to $500, so if you’re packing for a beach day, a standard umbrella is the safer bet.

Laguna Niguel’s Free Summer Trolley Is Back

The Laguna Niguel Summer Trolley is returning for the season, offering free transportation from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The trolley now includes convenient stops at places like Crown Valley Park, the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Metrolink Station, and areas near Crown Valley Parkway and Cabot Road. For residents and visitors, it’s a simple way to get around town without dealing with parking, traffic, or extra gas. Full service days and hours are available at LNTrolley.com.
